Creme Fraiche Whipped Cream

Adding a little bit of creme fraiche (found in the dairy section of most grocery stores) takes a little bit of the sweetness out of whipped cream and adds a little tanginess. This whipped cream pairs especially well with desserts that have fruit.

Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup creme fraiche

Directions:
Using an electric mixer, whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently stir in creme fraiche.

Tips:
Recipe Time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 3-4 cups whipped cream
